Happy New Year and My Divine Digi Deal!

Happy New Year!! Did you all make lots of resolutions? I guess I am going to have to knuckle down and figure out what I am going to do this year about my weight and physical condition. I WAS going to have surgery this month for the acid reflux, but that has been canceled. Hubby does not feel it is for me. But, since I am not going to have this surgery (which the docs said would cause me to loose about 15- 20 pounds) I am going to have to figure out a different way to control my acid reflux and to loose some weight. Sigh, I guess it is going to take some work.

Another area I need to get some improvement in is the house organization. I just looked in my closet and realized that I am only using a fraction of the space in there wisely. The rest of the closet is stuffed with clothes and things that we will never use again. Then, there are the things in the other closets of the house that need to be organized and things in the cabinets under the sink and things in the buffet in the living room, things in the shelves in the bedroom —-the list goes on! It doesn’t help that hubby has issues with throwing stuff away. He just does not believe in it. I have to wait til he is out of town sometimes to do a good clean out.

So, did you all make some resolutions?

Really Hopping

Things are really hopping lately and I have so much to keep track of!

We are going to create a collaboration kit in honor of Missie and to honor our loved ones that have passed. Many of us have lost loved ones recently and it just seems right to do this. On a different note. The store is handing out free ornaments every day of December and you really need to get on track and get you some of these gorgeous ornaments. I’m BAAAACK! with a free December Desktop

It looks like I have a chance to put my head above water for a few days here. The grandson is born and the doctor’s appointmetns are not until next week. Payroll was completed yesterday and I got my other month end chores done, only a week late, but they are done. So it looks like I have some designing time! Hurray!

We still need to offer some prayers for the grandson as his blood work is just not coming out right. His mother’s blood attacked his and it looks like he will be a while over coming it. It is worrying and his mother is very upset about it. She just wants it to be behind her so she can get on with enjoying her son. Any prayers will be appreciated.

We parted on a friendly basis -at least I hope Nichole still feels friendly to me as I feel that way to her.

Better late than never, I have a December Desktop for you. This one is made with my last year’s Camo Santa kit. It comes in two sizes as stated below in the preview. Check out my own personal Santa Claus there. Hubby decided to grow a beard last month and WOW look what he was able to do.
