My Play Room
I call it my play room cause it is where I go to play. But, it alternatively could be called my sewing room, my craft room, my scrap room, the cat room (that is where they go when I am not home) or many other assorted names.
Anyway, here are some up to date pics taken Christmas 2014. It is as clean as I ever want it to be cause when it is too clean I can’t really create in it. Of course it did not stay that clean very long which is why I took the photos when I did.
Notice the wall of fabric. I store my fabric wrapped around cardboard so I can see it. The boxes on the right are holding fat quarters and scraps wrapped around smaller cardboard pieces and then are stacked in the photo boxes and put on the shelves two deep. It really makes it easier to find colors and scraps when I need them.
How my fat quarters and scraps are stored
Currently I have two machines set up so I can have the embroidery machine on one going while sewing on the other. Hubby says he can just hear the electric meter whirring around when I do this. LOL
