Tagging games and a freebie
I’ve been tagged TWICE with the same game but different players. So here are my seven facts that will stand for both sets of players. Since there were two tags, there are 14 facts.
So the rules first:
1. Link your tagger and list these rules on your blog.
2. Share 7 facts about yourself on your blog, some random, some weird.
3. Tag 7 people at the end of your post by leaving their names as well as links to their blogs.
4. Let them know they have been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog .
MY FACTS
- I am a missionary’s daughter
- I have two master’s degrees but am not working
- I have two cats - like you all didn’t know know that!
- I lived for almost 40 years in the Houston area
- Was once a Girl Scout Troop Leader
- Can play the flute when fingers are not sore
- am going to be a grandma for the first time in 6 months
- favorite color has changed to orange this past year
- Broke my collarbone 3 times before I was 8 yrs old
- Graduated from high school from George Washinton HS, Guam, Mariana Islands (1968)

- at 58 they are no longer called freckles but age spots
- I am lactose intolerant
- been married for 38 years to the SAME man
So who will I tag, who will I get cussing me? hmmm, how about if you want to play, post here. I really don’t feel like pushing someone into this. Its fun for me but maybe not so much fun for others? Like come on folks, lets find a different kind of tag to play alerady!!!!
So here is it is a different kind of tag. I am calling it the Quick Page tag and here are the rules.
- Create a layout with my Quick Page and post it on your blog.
- Tag seven people with instructions to download the Quick Page from here and to post a layout on their blog using it.
- Bloggers recieving a Quick Page tag are to use the Quick Page to post a layout on their blog AND tag seven more people.
- If you are a designer, you are to MAKE a new Quick Page to post instead of sending people to mine. (Makes it possible to re-tag a person who has used a different Quick Page!)
- Don’t worry about the rules just have fun and get some Quick Page layouts up.
This Quick Page will be up for months and more, so feel free to tell the people you tag to come here for it instead of worrying about emailing them a copy.
The first seven people I am tagging with this are:
- Jen Smith, you tagged me!
- Scrap Stew Sue You also tagged me!
- Heavenly Scraps
- Digiheaven
- InspiredbyDominic’s Designs
- Rose McDigital
- Robin L
So, that is it a Quick Page Tag and a freebie all rolled into one. If you are not tagged, then this is your freebie. I am showing it with photos of, you guessed it, ME as a child. Look at that toothless grin! I created a Yellow themed page with polka dot frames and really like the outcome.

Oh how fun, thank you!
What cute photos! Congrats on being a grandma soon too
Great photos on your layout and the freebie.
Good luck on the tag
Great freebie and great layout on the freebie. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful QP, Nancy. I see freckles, just freckles…no doubt about it! My bff blogfriend on my personal blog is a daughter of missionaries–I never knew one before her. And now my nephew is one. A missionary, that is. Not a daughter of missionaries, that’d be not right! Cheers!
You may want to check out this blog, she says she has used your things to make her freebie.

I’ll up my QP up in a few Nancy but I’m almost scared to tag anyone else because I know it’s soooo time consuming! lol
Well, this one dls in a couple of seconds and says “Please mount last volume of multi volume…” Have the gremlins followed? Will try again tomorrow and see if has cleared up. Lovely layout. My grandma sewed and knitted so the hand made elements and pin reminded me of her.
My LO and QP are up.
